The prevalence of erectile dysfunction causing sexless life as well as infertility had me completely shocked, and that’s also why this couple came to HuaYu for IVF, because it’s the best and easiest way to conceive. But they soon fell in the dumps after the husband had been diagnosed with Azoospermia.
In the following 2 weeks, the husband underwent serial surgery to fix blocked tubes, and we also tried our best to perform Testicular sperm aspiration (TESA). Luckily, we collected several inactive sperms and the wife also had 13 oocytes retrieved, and five of which had successfully made it into blastocysts. Eventually, 2 PGTA-screened embryos were transferred.
